“Anita Samji and I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Sarah Chapman from Designer Travel. We originally booked our cruise with Sarah back in October, to sail this summer. We were holding our breath and hoping, but inevitably they had to cancel due t0 Covid19. To say we were gutted is an understatement with the year we've had. But, after a couple of WhatsApp messages,and phone calls, Sarah sorted it all out for us and we're now transferred onto MSC's brand new ship MSC Voyager (21 bars , including a robotic one!!) with £250 free spending money as a 'sorry'. If I had to sort this out myself, it would have involved ages in the web, numerous phone calls and untold stress. Instead, I had a normal Thursday working and spending time with the family. We started the day with a cruise and ended with a better cruise with free money. And....Sarah's involvement cost us nothing extra. I can not recommend her highly enough. If you haven't got the time or inclination to worry about the hassle of a holiday, then leave it to Sarah to come up with suggestions for you. Just tell her what you like. She'll do the rest. And sort out any hurdles along the way. THANK YOU Sarah.”

“What a fab holiday we had recently, happy smiling faces enjoying quality time together. Thank you to Designer Travel by Sarah Chapman for arranging our holiday. Having met Sarah a number of times she has a clear passion for helping people get the holiday that is perfect for them. When we asked her to help arrange our holiday she very quickly understood the dynamics of our family and we found a resort that had something for everyone. She worked hours beyond any pay reward to secure the accomodation and preferred flight times, delivered a truely personal service beyond anything you would receive online. she even arranged for a bottle of plonk to be in our room on arrival. “I would 100% recommend Sarah to anyone, from start to finish our trip was faultless, we had to best room and Sarah even sorted out a birthday cake for my wife on arrival. I was offered lot of choices and all at a reasonable price. Using Sarah takes away all the booking hassle from start to finish, highly recommended. We will definitely be using her again! Thanks Kev”
